Selected at the Barton Distillery during the summer of 2020. This is our first barrel selection from Barton and it’s a big one. Proofed at 125, this high-rye bourbon is rich and creamy, with peppery rye spice and a big swath of creamy oak on the finish, with notes of vanilla, nutmeg and toffee. Sweet and rich, this boozy dram is perfect for the winter and pairs beautifully with a roaring fire.
