Join us Sunday, April 14th, as Chef de Cuisine Patrick Hennig explores the fifth taste, Umami. Hennig will be paying homage to the complexity of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean Cuisine. Beverage Director Jon Foley and Head Barman Karl Wardlow will pair unique cocktails with each course along with a reception cocktail upon entrance.
Cost: $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity (A total of $100.80 per person will be charged upon checkout, which includes taxes and gratuity.)
