Released in late 2020, this 95-proof bourbon is one of three produced at the Barton Distillery in Bardstown, KY. The same facility produces the Very Old Barton, along with all of the 1792 whiskies. The Thomas S. More line focuses specifically on barrel-finishing, including Chardonnay and Port cask finishes as well. This release is nice and round, with good complexity from the wine and a rich, well-rounded palate.
